People leave jobs or change jobs frequently.
And new job opportunities are always being created as companies replace
employees who have left and new staff with needed skills to the team. Whenever
we post online ad, it is quite common for our Job Agency Malaysia to
receive hundreds of job application emails within the first few days. We
do our best to look at every application and will connect with candidates who
fit the role we are recruiting.
According to a survey, over 1,600 job applications
were analyzed and, applications received at
7:30 p.m. were the least likely to result in an interview. Whereas applications
sent anytime after 4 p.m. had a 5 percent or less likelihood of leading to a
call-back.
For the best time to apply for jobs, we suggest either
the evening (after normal business hours) or the early morning.
By these timings, your application will catch the HR person or
recruiter in the morning when they have less going on.
Incase if you send your email later at 4PM or 5PM as they’re
getting ready to leave, there’s a good chance they’ll put it off and
possibly forget about it. Or that they’ll be too busy to look. So the best time
to apply for jobs: Early morning or evening after work. Avoid the
afternoon.
If you haven’t had a response from the
employer or recruiter a few days after the date by which they indicated you
should hear from them, a follow-up email or phone call can be appropriate. If
